MCS Golfers Represent the School with Pride

Well done to Rory, Conor, Labhrás and Jack, who have all been representing Millstreet Community School in golf recently.

Conor, Labhrás and Jack competed in the Munster Schools’ Golf competition in Doneraile. The boys played very well on the day and, while they did not make the podium this time, they gained valuable experience and are now well placed to continue working on their game over the summer months. We look forward to seeing them represent the school again next year.

A special mention also goes to Rory, who became the first MCS student to compete in the Junior Irish Open, which was played last month on the Malone course in Belfast. This is a fantastic achievement and a proud moment for Rory and the school.

Well done to all four students on their commitment and performances. We wish Rory, Conor, Labhrás and Jack the very best of luck in their future competitions.
