Junk Kouture Hit The Helix!

The MCS Junk Kouture crew of Jiery Wang, Clodagh Kelleher and John B. Sheehan were one of the 140 Junk Kouture entries to qualify for the finals in Dublin, out of over 1,200 entries nationwide. Their oufit, “Act of Passion”, looked fantastic on the catwalk, and they did themselves proud with their stunning ensemble.

The team have been working hard all year with the support of mentor Ms Moynihan, and brought their idea from initial concept through design and finally to create the piece, using only recycled materials.

The result was a stunning outfit, and a fabulous achievement.
