Visit from WorldWise Global Schools Project Officer

Millstreet Community School was very pleased to welcome Ms. Jennifer Cooney, Project Officer with WorldWise Global Schools (WWGS), to the school today.

During her visit, Ms. Cooney joined a Transition Year Global Citizenship Education (GCE) lesson and had the opportunity to meet with school management and staff.

Our school has benefited from the support of WWGS in its Global Citizenship Education work for over ten years. This partnership has played an important role in helping students develop their understanding of global issues and in encouraging them to take informed action as responsible citizens of the world.

We were delighted that Ms. Cooney was able to share her expertise and insights with both staff and students, and we thank her sincerely for visiting Millstreet Community School.
