Home Economics projects in the bag!

Collective relief & celebrations from our Leaving Cert Home Economics Class as they submitted their coursework yesterday. Project work is part of an increasing number of Leaving Cert. subjects and allows students to spread the work load more evenly through senior cycle. Thanks to Ms Sheehy for her work with these students.
