Senior Soccer

The MCS senior soccer side returned to action for the first time since the 19/20 season with an away game against Buttevent. Millstreet put up a great battle against a well organised home team, and were unlucky to concede early. As a result they were chasing the game, but every player put in a spirited performance full of heart and determination. They left nothing on the pitch and accounted themselves with pride in their MCS jersey. Unfortunately due to restrictions the usual league system has given way to straight knock-out, so this was it for their hopes. It was obvious on the day that game time would stand to them, helping to gel for future games. Well done to all the panel who give it everything on the day.
